It has been our experience that coaches assume the role of trusted advisor. Over a sports career, most athletes spend more time with their coaches and team members than with their families. This puts the coach in a unique position to recognize when a team member needs support outside of the athletic stage. By leveraging our unique listening tool called LASRR; coaches can quickly engage in a conversation to access the needs of their team member.
